How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving. In case there is a delay, we will inform you via e-mail regarding the date of shipping. After shipping, it takes maximum 4-5 days for delivery to the Metro cities. In case, your town/city is farther away, it may take 1-2 additional days.
When we will receive the tracking details once order is placed?
Once order and payments is done , we try to dispatch the order same day if order received before 12 noon, normally the tracking details are updated within 6 hours to 24 hours, buyer is informed via email & Whats App

Why COD services is not provided?
As our pricing are with very minimum margins we cannot afford to provide COD services all over India, if the order is cancelled we have to pay almost 2 times the shipping cost which is a big loss for us.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, the shipping address can easily be changed before our tracking number is updated, once tracking number is updated it means parcel is submitted to courier company.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order unless it has already gone out for shipping. So, in case you wish to cancel your order, you must do within 5 to 6 hours of placing the order. After that it will proceed for shipping and we will not be able to cancel.
Will the shipping costs be refunded if the order is cancelled?
If you cancel the entire order, the shipping charges will be refunded, if however, only part of the order is cancelled, then shipping costs are not refunded. Kindly note, that you can make cancellations before the shipping of order only.
How and when will I get my refund for Cancelled order?
Order cancellation process takes 24-48 hours once the request for cancellation is received after which the refund is approved. The actual transfer of funds will be done through the same payment instrument from which the transaction was done for placement of order and may take another 24-48 hours.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the items that you have ordered. Shipping cost is mentioned at the time of order placement. Shipping charges are dynamic, more you purchase, shipping charges reduces, Try to order in Kg, if you are placing order for 800 grams try to add more 200 grams as shipping charges will be same of 1 kg.
Why shipping cost is charged extra?
Shipping cost is having 18% gst and dryfruits, where as nuts , dryfruits, seeds and spices are under 5% to 12% gst slab.
What is the return policy?
We do not offer any returns or exchange of any kind on our products. Our team will make sure that QC (Quality Check) parameters like product expiry, damage, etc., are well assured and mentioned before dispatch. However, if there is any sort of manufacturing damage then we will replace the product, for which you have to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What happens if there has been a delivery mishap (damaged or lost item)?
At, we take delivery mishaps very seriously and every such matter is taken care of thoroughly. In case of a delivery mishap such as a wrong, defective, damaged or a lost item, please take a photo proof of the item and contact our customer support team immediately with the description of the issue and we’ll sort out your problem accordingly and immediately by replacing the product.

We have certain marking on our parcel, if you see it is tempered while receiving the parcel , please do not accept the parcel.

We are selling products at very low margins, unlike other brands where prices are increased or marked up and then discounts are provided, we believe products on Ecommerce platforms should be at best price.
Why the price are so less, is quality compromised?
